A: You can attend another day in the same week or in the same session, please just reach out to your coach and let them know your intention.

A: We start a new training season every September, usually the day after Labor Day. The competition season starts in earnest in early Spring with invitationals that build up to the USA Diving Championship series running through late spring and summer.
