Registration

Lessons run approximately 60 minutes. Divers should arrive in suits wearing shorts and a T-shirt. The first 30 minutes will be spent on activities on the equipment and mats, then divers will quickly transition to practicing skills in the water.

Parents are asked to remain in the stands during practices.
